This logo was created for a company with a very specific market. Pro120L reconditions and resells the machinery used to create the critical air-tight seal on food and beverage cans. If the fold in the metal seam at the top of the can is not perfect, air and bacteria and other bad stuff can make everyone very unhappy.

The icon used in the logo represents the perfect metal fold, and is highly recognizable to anyone in the industry.

The second version is an unselected variation that was one of my favorites.
